Category: The Arts - Galleries. Lambiel Museum is a symbiotic growth of this time and place. It began over twenty years ago as a small, casual private collection. But surrounded by an outpouring of remarkable arts and crafts, it soon evolved into a serious and ever-growing representative body of the fine work inspired by the islands. Today the museum exhibits the works of well over a hundred artists in an extensive array of media. Each piece has been brought into being in San Juan County and each is a part of the Lambiel Museum’s permanent collection.
Guided tours of the Museum and its grounds are available only by appointment at a nominal fee. Please allow about two hours. (360) 376-4544.
